Free-range chickens roam their food from the environment they live in. Foods taken like this are called organic food. In order to get organic food, those hens must live in a well-spacious environment where organic food exists. This can’t be done in a cage as it usually happens.
So needless to say, these guys don’t have to give unnatural things to get their eggs big, to be dark yellow. Only seven hours a day at our farm, they roam freely. This is expected to hand over a natural egg of a hen living in a natural environment to our customers by getting natural food without stress.
Here these hens get natural food, aka, grass, vey, rice, rice, rice, corn, punnak, oysters, veggies, fruits, insects and fish portions as their food. Meanwhile they’re enjoying a walk and enjoying time in the natural environment.
We are very happy to inform you that as a result of our research for almost a year, we have been able to produce an egg commercial without using any chemicals.
Although this concept is a fresh experience for Sri Lankans, many developed countries in the world are putting it into action. Scientific research has mostly been done for that.
The price of this egg is slightly higher than the normal egg as the farm runs, allowing it to roam around a large area without providing food containing any chemicals.
We welcome our customers and gentlemen to come and see this farm located in our Pothanagama area which is running eco friendly.
Currently, eggs are being distributed to your doorstep every Sunday only around Colombo and in the future, this is planned to spread the lamp, increase the production, and give you the best out of it.
